Please be reminded that the speed limit on our driveway is 20km/h. Drivers exceeding this speed limit on our common property are in contravention of our bylaws and may be subject to fines. As the daylight hours are becoming shorter, please pay extra attention to watch for pedestrians when driving in and out of our complex.

Please do not discard plastic bags in any of our recycling bins. City of Burnaby does not accept compostable plastic bags in their recycling streams.
